Andrew Furtado
Andrew has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Rhode Island where he graduated in 2010. He also holds a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from North Carolina State University with a strong focus on sustainable design-build practice. Andrew graduated in 2014 and moved to Texas to work for a prominent high end residential design build company McDugald Steele. In late 2015 he shifted gears and began working for The Hanover Company, a privately owned real estate development company. He has worked on projects in multiple states such as Texas, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Andrew began working with Knight Strategies on a part time basis in 2022 and in early 2024 he started FCA Landscape Architecture and continues to work with Knight Strategies on a full-time basis as an independent contractor. He currently resides in Massachusetts with his wife Alexandra, newborn son Anthony and sweet elderly dog Daphne. In his off-time Andrew enjoys golfing, traveling, woodworking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
