At Knight Strategies we appreciate that each project and project team is unique and therefore has different needs. To meet these needs, we offer a full range of project management services to clients. Chimney Rock at Chimney Rock State Park
Vic Knight served as VP of Operations for Chimney Rock Park and was responsible for the oversight and budgets for the Maintenance, Trails, Guest Services, Retail and Food & Beverage Departments. During his time at CRP, Vic oversaw the design and construction of a half mile Children's Interpretive Trail, the Cliff Dweller's Retail Facility and a new Retail Warehouse among other capital improvements.
In a relatively short time, Vic combined organizational skills, vision, attention to detail and budget, design expertise, ability to work with diverse individuals and groups with clear communication skills to take our operations management to a new level. Welcome Center at Lake Lure
Knight Strategies was hired to manage renovations to the Welcome Center at Lake Lure. We prepared building permit plans for the 2400 sf renovation and guided the project through the Design and Permitting Phase. In addition Knight Strategies served as Project Manager assisting Rutherford County TDA with selecting the General Contractor, overseeing renovations and providing interior design and layout. Site construction was provided by Knight Strategies.
